This section provides an administrative overview of how to find, hire, and orient a mentor. It also contains tools for preparing a site to receive a clinical mentor. The tools included in this section may be adapted and used in the hiring and orienting process. Tools include a job description, sample contract, and interview guides, as well as a sample orientation and materials for mentors once they have been hired.
